Abstract

The following review tackles the multiple dimensions of revolutions described by Enzo Traverso in his book Revolution and the complexity of its definition in our current sociopolitical context, as well as it explores the historical pertinence proposed by Traverso about historical and political concepts and categories in Revolution and The New Faces of Fascism, published in 2018. Finally, it emphasizes the relevance of Traverso’s work for historical and political thought in the twenty first century and, successively, the creation of new revolutionary forms.
