Abstract

When citicens find that the formal and legal way is absent and adverse in the satisfaction of basic needs: what remains to be done? What is the constituent background of the social that contains the delivery of pantries titled by the drug cartels? This question guides the present reflection. For this purpose, a phenomenological look is adopted that accounts for the construction of meaning exposed by public opinion about the so- called “narcodespensas”. The methodology is of a qualitative nature, specifically supported by virtual ethnography.
